Subscription Terms

"The Sassy Club" provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you Accept our Terms of Service. Your membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products, including applicable shipping and handling fees until you cancel your membership. By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge at the then-current subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation, including where applicable any charges processed by The Sassy Club after the expiration date of your payment card. You may skip months, but note that skipped months do not count towards the 3 month commitment. You may also cancel your membership at any time after your first 3 months by logging in to your account, selecting Subscriptions, then clicking cancel next to the item.

(1) Product Listing and Description
The Product Listing and Description should be carefully read before purchasing. It is important to know what you are subscribing for before making the 3 month commitment.

(2) Term Commitment
There is a 3 Month term Commitment for the Stamp Bundle Subscription. This product listing will be charged on a monthly recurring basis. We will charge the first month's payment on day one of processing your order to subscribe to this recurring product delivery. We will charge again automatically every month following on the 14th day until a cancellation request is made after the 3 month commitment is satisfied. Skipped months do not count towards the 3 month commitment. Only months with a paid delivery count towards satisfying the 3 month commitment. 

(3) Payment guidelines and schedules
1. This product subscription is a 3 month minimum commitment including your first month's purchase.The First Month's charge will be the day you subscribe to this product subscription. Note: You will not be double charged on the 1st month for the same product delivery, even if you being your Subscription before charge day "14th". You may skip months by managing subscriptions in your Subscription Dashboard, but note that skipped months do not count towards the 3 month commitment. Skipped Months must be done ahead of time, at least 3 business days before the 1st of each month. 
2. Payments will then be automatically charged consecutively every month on the 14th day of each Month starting Month 2 of your individual subscription plan. Products are not guaranteed for subscribers who have late/delayed payments. If you are having an issue with your payment going through, contact for assistance.
3. Only after the 3 month term is satisfied, can a request be made to cancel the subscription if you no longer want to receive the Stamp Bundle products and you no longer want to be charged automatically each month. If a cancellation is not requested after Month 3, the subscription will continue Monthly until a cancellation is requested on a future date. The subscription plan does not cancel at any time without the request being made by the customer. See Section (5) "Cancellations" for more information on how cancellations requests are handled.

(4) Shipping & Delivery Estimates
1. Shipments will begin to be packaged and shipped out starting the 21st of every month and will almost always be finished shipping by the end of the month. If you change your address anytime AFTER Subscribing with us, you MUST contact customer support before shipping begins to ensure delivery of your products to the new address. The Sassy Club LLC is not responsible for packages sent to the incorrect address if the address was incorrect at the time of shipment.

2. Address changes after order placement can only be updated before shipment and only if you contact customer support to insure the change is made. We will always do our best to try to help, but when shipments are sent, it's usually always out of our control unless the package is returned to us. Contact us if you need assistance with any changes that you cannot perform in your account on your own. We do not directly cover or refund lost or stolen packages.

(5) Sassy Rewards
Sassy Rewards will accumulate from your subscription purchases, but the coupons redeemed from your rewards program can only be used on single product purchases, not on the subscription, as the subscription is already discounted 25% from Regular Pricing.

(6) Cancellation Policy
The subscription is a 3 month term including your first month's purchase, therefore Cancellations cannot be requested during the first 3 months. Once the 3rd month's subscription charge is processed, you may then request a cancellation from your subscription plan and all future charges and shipments. Cancellations requested after the 12th day of the month will only apply to the next following month's delivery. The current month will still be charged on the 14th of that month and the shipment delivery will be the same as any delivery month. Cancellations of over 3 times in one calendar year may result in inability to purchase future subscriptions on A Cancellation request can be made in your Account Dashboard, or by email to **note CA residents have the option to cancel at any time via their customer portal.

If payment cannot be obtained and if no response or update in payment after 3 attempts over 12 days time, the bundle subscription will not ship and will not be reserved for the next subscriber in line. If you do not resolve your account within 14 days, we "The Sassy Club LLC" reserve the right to cancel your subscription.
